Genius DigiSchool is a live online school based in Hyderabad, India, and is responsible for the personal data described here. Our admissions partner NETUNISYS ONLINE also receives enquiry and admission details so its admissions desks can help you. After enrolment, your child’s school records stay with Genius DigiSchool.
What we collect
When you enquire: parent name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, country, your child’s name and grade, and any message you send. When a child enrols: the documents listed on our admissions page, attendance, assessment results and class recordings. We also collect basic website usage data, and advertising data only if tracking is enabled.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo class; to enrol and teach your child; to share progress with parents; to process fees; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Our admissions partner NETUNISYS ONLINE (enquiry and admission details only); examination boards when you register for exams; payment providers such as Razorpay; and service providers that host our website, email and learning platform — each only as needed.
Children’s data
We collect a child’s data only with a parent or guardian’s consent, use it only for education and related communication, and never for targeted advertising to children.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you enrol. Enrolment records are kept as long as required by applicable law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent to messages, or raise a concern — email info@geniusdigischool.com. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the data-protection laws of the countries we serve, including the UK GDPR where applicable.
Security
Enquiries are stored on a protected server, class links are private, and access to student data is limited to staff who need it.
