Is Genius DigiSchool a recognised school?
Genius DigiSchool is a live online school based in Hyderabad, India. Your child receives termly report cards and a transfer certificate when leaving, so moving to another school is straightforward. For board certification, Indian-curriculum learners take the Grade 10 and Grade 12 exams through NIOS, and British-curriculum learners take Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel exams (IGCSE, AS and A Level) at an authorised exam centre. Ask your advisor for our recognition and affiliation details for your child’s grade before you enrol.
We live in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Bahrain. Who do we talk to?
All admissions are handled by our admissions partner, NETUNISYS ONLINE, with a local desk in each country: UAE +971 54 474 5683, Saudi Arabia +966 59 413 5539 and Bahrain +973 3755 7357 (calls and WhatsApp). Families in India and other countries can call +91 96664 92476. Once your child joins, classes and everyday support come from the Genius DigiSchool team.
Which curricula do you offer?
Three options: the Indian Curriculum (NCERT-based, CBSE-aligned and NEP 2020-aligned, Nursery to Grade 12, with NIOS board exams in Grades 10 and 12); the British Curriculum (Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary, then IGCSE and AS & A Level with Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel); and Foundation, a lower-fee NCERT-based programme for KG to Grade 6.
Are classes live or recorded?
Live. Every lesson is taught live by a teacher to a small group, with cameras, discussion and on-screen work. Recordings are available afterwards for revision or if your child misses a class.
How many hours a day will my child study?
About 2 hours of live classes a day in the early years, rising to about 4 hours in secondary grades, Monday to Friday. Short homework and independent practice are set on the learning platform.
Do class times work for families in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain?
Yes. Batches run from morning to evening India time, which is 1½ hours behind in the UAE and Oman and 2½ hours behind in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. Use the programme finder on our home page to see every batch in your own time zone.
How big are the classes?
Small — a maximum of 15 to 20 learners per class, so the teacher knows every child and every child speaks in every lesson.
How much are the fees?
Fees depend on the programme and grade, with monthly, termly and annual plans (annual plans cost less per month). Ask on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form and we will send the fee sheet for your child’s grade the same day.
Can my child try a class first?
Yes. Every family can book a free live demo class. There is no obligation to enrol afterwards.
Can my child join in the middle of the year?
Yes, admissions are open all year, subject to a seat in your child’s grade and batch. A short placement conversation helps us settle your child in smoothly.
What is NIOS and is it accepted?
NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) is a national school board under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Its Secondary (Grade 10) and Senior Secondary (Grade 12) certificates are accepted for higher studies and jobs in India. If your child needs a specific board for a specific university, tell us and we will advise honestly.
How do IGCSE and A Level exams work for an online learner?
Learners sit Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel exams in person at an authorised exam centre, usually as a private candidate in their own city. We guide you through choosing a centre, registration deadlines and exam entries.
How will I know how my child is doing?
You get attendance and homework updates, marks from regular assessments, a written progress report every term and parent–teacher meetings. You can also message the class teacher.
What does my child need at home?
A laptop or tablet with a camera, a headset, and a stable internet connection. A quiet corner helps a lot. Younger children need an adult nearby for the first weeks.
How do you keep children safe online?
Classes use private links for enrolled learners only, teachers are background-checked, sessions are recorded and stored securely, and staff contact families only through official channels. Parents can raise any concern directly with the admissions team.
Can you support children with learning differences?
Many children do well with small live classes, recordings and a flexible pace. Tell us about your child’s needs before enrolment and we will explain honestly what support we can and cannot provide.
